Adobe has acquired India-based marketing intelligence startup Rilo, marking the company’s second acquisition from India following the purchase of video platform Rephrase.ai in 2023. The deal, which involves both licensing and team acquisition, was confirmed by Adobe, though the financial terms remain undisclosed. Rilo, founded in 2025 by IIT alumni Georgi Boby and Dhruv Jaglan, raised $1 million from investors including Peak XV, DeVC, and Day Zero Ventures at a $10 million valuation.
